Used with the Hasselblad 203S space camera

Hasselblad Manual Winder for use with the Hasselblad 203S space camera. The Hasselblad Manual Winder was part of the standard flight equipment flown on each mission that carried a 203S camera . It’s purpose was as a backup in the event the power winder failed in flight. A NASA part # label is attached to the front indicating the part name, Manual Winder Assy, P/N SED33110633-331, and s/n 1024. A blue strip of Velcro is attached to the handle.

This Manual Winder is Class III NASA hardware used for astronaut training. A Class III NASA decal is attached to the front as this winder was not intended for flight use.

Three red slashes in marker are also an indication of Class III status. Condition is excellent. Purchased as NASA surplus.
